Our expert physicians first perform a comprehensive assessment of your clinical condition and ask you to perform the exact movements that cause you the most discomfort while we watch you under our ultrasound imaging system. The treatment itself takes approximately 30-60 minutes using local anesthesia (does not require general anesthesia), and has no downtime afterwards. No bracing and/or post procedure immobilization is needed. There are no steroids used, and the treatment addresses an underlying cause of pain rather than only treating or masking superficial symptoms.
Our services are not presently covered by insurance. However, we do accept Health Savings Account (HSAs).

The number of treatments required is unique to every patient and what their objectives are. However, based on our 2-week post-treatment questionnaire, 82% of our patients reported a decrease in pain, with an average pain reduction of 63%, two weeks after the treatment.
There is no downtime after the procedure. You will be able to perform everyday activities immediately after. There may be minor soreness for a couple days following the session, and our doctors may recommend avoiding particular highly intense activities for a few days, but generally speaking our patients get back to their favorite activities right away.
There is no preparation to worry about for your procedure. We suggest wearing loose clothing and coming however you are most comfortable. You can eat and drink normally both before and afterwards.
